About This Class
** An Occasional Puthenpurayil Yoga Special Event ** Something to make your weekend special. Each class is a little yin + yang: gentle vinyasa flow followed by a yin cool down. Just what Goldilocks ordered & just right for a cool or rainy weekend morning. A little treat in a sweet secret spot. NOTES: ** Space is limited: preregistration is required. ** Because this is a special event, class packages do not apply. Directions and location are provided upon completed online registration. Mats and props provided.
Upcoming Sessions
In order for class to begin promptly and for everyone to benefit optimally, please arrive early enough before the scheduled start time so that you can enter quietly and settle onto your mat. Cancellations: To retain a class credit for those times life gets in the way and you don't make it to class, please send an email to me within 24 hours of missing class.
